In Money Won't Make You Rich, Sunday Adelaja gives readers a comprehensive guide to successful living God's way. Combining biblical truth, financial advice, and his own life experiences, he explains such topics as:
Financial freedom
The true meaning of prosperity
The secret of success and four principles of continuous success
Pastor Sunday Adelaja has used his faith to do so much more than what has become the "norm" here in the United States! In a time where we are constantly bombarded with messages about how faith can lead to material wealth and larger congregations, Pastor Adelaja is sharing how faith has helped him to change a nation! This book revolutionized my thinking. I was already kingdom-focused, but this book took my level of understanding to new heights. It confirmed that what God wants from us is selfless, purposeful service OUTSIDE of the physical church. His Kingdom has already come...are we serving? Excellent book. Truly life-changing.
Change is needed in this world. If the Church wants to see the change, The Church needs to change. Church Shift is a great book to help people think out side the box.

This book is captivating. It tells you the story of transforming a nation while interweaving the principles, phylosophies and actions that enabled this man and his church to have such a large impact and a nation and now continents.
If you are tired of doing "housekeeping church" and want to move towards a New Testament, Kingdom bringing, cultural changing movement, then this is the book for you. If you want to grow your church into a big box consumer driven ministry, then this is a dangerous book to read and you won't like it.
This is what really we need today.Sometime we don't know where to start, so thank you for this book which is very practical , and on time.It was helpful for me to go throw the book and get ideas for my ministry. We need more books like this. pastor Oleksandr

I have known Pastor Sunday since 1990 to be a man that is persistent with his message. He is a man who stands solely on the integrity of the Word of God. He does not speak except God tells him to. Many have written so many books before, and people often buy and read those books; without looking at the integrity of the writer. Pastor Sunday has been tested many times, and he has passed the tests. I believe God has a message for the body of Christ through this book. CHURCHSHIFT is a buy that any serious minded Pastor will introduce and use in 'feeding the sheep'.
1. Churches are like “seal beaches” Our so called wellbeing turns us into lazy seals. We accumulate fat of laziness and do not care about strengthening our loins. To live in God means for us to work on developing ourselves every single second.
2. Passive egotists People are used to going to church, having their friends and relations here, they do not skip any of main church events (because church became a part of their subculture), but they do nothing in practice. Their motto is not to overload themselves! Not to expose themselves! To do minimum work! Such people will always find many reasons as to why it is impossible to complete leaders school, and to start a ministry. They understand that it is necessary to have a ministry (because of public image) and they choose a bright one under the high-sounding title, but they take a passive position in it. They do what is needed just to keep themselves afloat.
Are you dealing with some cold, hard, facts in your life right now that you can’t seem to get past? Facts are compelling, aren’t they? They don’t get to be called facts unless they are backed by evidence that is hard, if not impossible, to dispute therefore they are not easy to ignore. But there is one big fact that we sometimes overlook. The fact is: God’s Word is true. In fact it’s the only truth that really matters and which can also set us free (John 8:32). When faced with unpalatable facts, we have a choice. One verse of scripture that I really like is where Joshua challenges the Israelites to make a choice (Josh 24:15). Life is all about choices and we make hundreds daily. Making a choice means making a decision when faced with more than one option; taking a stand through your action(s). This week, while studying the book of Galatians I found myself going back to one verse which says the flesh and the spirit are opposed to one another. One translation says they are antagonistic to each other (Gal 5:17); and I thought wow, that’s a very strong word! No wonder it’s often hard to know what to do when confronted, indeed bombarded, by the cold hard facts of life. Think about it, your flesh is actually antagonizing your spirit – making you pay closer attention to the facts that are being presented to you daily via your five senses and almost ignore what you believe and confess to be the truth. Remember, facts are compelling and difficult to ignore. That’s why the only way out is to make a decision. Just like Joshua did when he said: as for me and my house we will serve the Lord, make a clear decision on what you’ll believe upfront because that is what determines what you do (and say) in every situation. So this week, whatever you’re faced with, by all means identify the facts of the matter but please don’t stop there. Go one step further and decide on which you’ll choose to believe: the Fact or the TRUTH?
We just concluded our 16th anniversary - which the Embassy of God just celebrated. It was historic occasion and celebration. The highlights of the anniversary were the foundation-laying ceremony of the new church building and a letter from the new president of Ukraine, Victor Yanukovich.
Just a year ago, some news media were busy spreading false allegations and accusations against Pastor Sunday and the Embassy of God. However, a year later the same Ukrainian government is now appreciating Pastor Sunday for his contribution to democracy in the country.
